By that definition he expressed intent to commit a crime. He engaged in conduct that would effect the ability to commit that crime. I doubt a jury in the world that wasn't made up of people accused of being a slut would convict him.

No matter how you look at it Wop fucked up. But it also wasn't any of Sirlains business to step in over it. We could have easily just denied his request and derided him here on the forums and not escalated it outside of our own community and it would have been just as funny and gotten the point across to Wop maybe... And that could have all been done without jeopardizing Wops job in real life.

This is pretty accurately how I feel.
