Well, she could probably pull off sexual harassment since its a guy who's harassing the girl about her looks etc(maybe I'm wrong and correct me if I am). Is there also any way police could get involved(I'm gonna assume no unless somebody tells me otherwise.)?

there was an advisement to have the picture removed or legal proceedings would be followed. Im just following our standard protocol when a legal threat has been made which is to lock the account in question and wait for contact via a representing lawyer.
