I don't think you're going to get much of an answer as I asked a few weeks ago and no one really seemed motivated to go test it. Only thing I can offer is to go off what Ifrit was and adjust up or down based off DPS.

But weapon wise for h2h guess we can go according to moogle box?

Sphairai > Garuda > GC > ifrit > moogle?

Probably, yes. I'm not 100% sure, but I think that's the order from "best to worst".

Unless you're dying for acc, then sphairai is a bad idea.

Also, we can sort of estimate what the stat caps would be for those weapons just by comparing the DPS to the one weapon we know, ifrits. Sphairai and Gae bolg should both be in the 370-375/320-325 range.

Yes the relics should be tested. But if they follow the pattern of every other Monk/Pug weapon rating then....
@ 34.62 DPS (Primary 318, Secondary 280)

add 6 to primary and 5 to secondary for every 1 DPS

Sphairai 42.06 - DPS (7.44 DPS difference) Primary 44.64 - Secondary 37.2

my guesstimate - 363 STR - 317 INT

But yes, could someone please test it.

Well I was off! Like I said though, was just an estimate. I wish we could get real testing though, but fuck doing that with 2.0 so soon.

Exactly. Stat effects are changing, stats on items are changing. I wouldn't worry about all that stuff too much for now.

Managed to get str353/int324 for my sphairai and still have 422 accuracy (with tuna miq'abob), but it wasn't easy. If I have any free time this week I can try to see if I can push str up a bit more and do small tests. Doubt I'll have time but I can try. I parsed about 41 dps on hard darnus last night on our win with about 5:30 left on the clock so I think my setup is pretty good for now.

Any tip? my DEX seems low ...

Gloves are +32 DEx and planning to do legs for PIE, but by the look of it might change it for DEX legs

Lose that body and double meld a Rainmakers or Raptorskin harness with Piety (preferably 30+). That will open up a ring slot for a Dex ring and you should be fine for that bow. Also, for Bard Atk > Dex. I'd drop the dex gloves in favor of double/triple meld ATK felt bracers. If you do that, then you can double meld some felt trousers with str/dex materia. That should put you where you need to be for most fights. Also, with that set up, if you don't have sanction, should probably wear crown over officer hat. (Depending on how much Piety you get on your body meld).

I'm in the same boat as you, I was hoping that I could get the Imperial hat for the 10 DEX. You are better off with AF hat over Rainmakers in terms of PIE, really too bad there is nothing worth melding onto rainmakers for brd :/

If you don't have crown, that that hat is great. +15 pie is nice. Add on sanction and you are golden.

alternative:

-seconding losing the gloves for ATK
-keep the body/head/neck
-sacrifice either your belt or wrist for their GC equivalent and get the 25 atk from your bow

The only good belt for BRD is the Flames belt. Veterans is worthless, a whopping 1.3 atk and 5 acc you don't need. If you decide to drop the wrist tho at the very least get an explorer's belt, it'll at least do something.

edit: you can opt to sacrifice the ear slot as well I suppose, the 5 atk from explorer's is nice but the only earring with any significant stats on it for BRD (or any DD for that matter) is militia

edit2: also seconding PIE pants (felt kecks)

I recently recommended someone swap their earring for serpent bonus, you lose 5atk and gain 20. No brainer when looking at the other slots.

warrior feet before darklight, hp melded sabatons or explorer sabatons (7vit 80hp) or these 5acc 40crit attack power GC boots or something else?

I use Sentinel's for tanking, AF for IfritX, Explorer's or GC for DD.
