Never broke 4 here either. 3.99 a few times, but there was an unspoken taboo about breaking that 4 barrier. Then, it shot 3.40 to 4.40 in about 10 days...

Still think we should start the switch to a better source of energy. My town in Southern California is at 4.50 a gallon which is ridiculous.

NJ has quite a few refineries, is why they're cheap. Went up to Jersey a year ago to help a friend move, and was like...wat everything's a dollar cheaper, fuck you guys. Jersey still sucks dick, cheaper gas still can't get me to go there willingly.

My mom got one about a year ago now. We did some math, and if you assume 25 miles a gallon, gas would have to 18 cents a gallon to compete with the comparable electricity cost.

Parts of Louisiana had gas at $3.04.

When I left Florida, gas at wawa was $3.14.

Gas in California here is at $4.19.

Baaaaaaah.

Last monday gas was $3.29/g. By friday it was $3.97/g at my local station. I haven't looked today yet but I am sure it is still going up.
