Default Internet Sharing without ICS? (Windows 7)

So here at work, I'm trying to share my Internet connection to my mobile devices. The problem is, the network administrator has disabled the use of ICS within the domain.

My question is, are there any 3rd party applications that can do Internet sharing without ICS? I do have local admin privileges so I can install any software - just can't touch the network settings.

You need two network cards for ics anyway. Easier to get an access point

Thanks for the reply. I do have 2 network devices (1 wired and 1 wireless for the hotspot). I can't get an access point, which is the reason why I'm trying to make this work.

Answering my question... Connectify hotspot feature does not use the internal Windows ICS to do its hotspot feature, so it fits my needs.

    Ad hoc wifi requires ICS.
