is there any info on whoever made that, or a way to contact them? I'd be really interested in knowing the content pipeline he was using and what software he used to rig and animate. I really would like to know his texture method, as it looks near exact to what you'd see in the game.

I've just been using Folye's model viewer to extract the .MQO, use Metasequoia to convert the models to .OBJ, and import them into 3DS Max for rigging and animation. While that totally works for the skeletal meshes, it wreaks hell on the textures, and mine always look fucked up (see the website...lol)
