I've heard someone guess Raiden before. But lets walk a few things through. This is Raiden as a child.

Has Shaggy Hair. Lets not forget that the Big Shell Incident took place in 2009 and Raiden was born in the 80s. The child in the picture looks like he is between 10-14 which would most likely place him being born in late 60s early 70s. That would put them in their 40s during the Big Shell Incident. (Sorry I analyze MGS to much)

People are saying its Chico and the women that the presumed villain refers to is Amanda. Most of this speculation stems from the fact that Snakes missing for that location is to rescue Chico and Paz. Also the person that was playing the demo talked about Chico.

Personally I did not believe it was Chico at first because the age would've seemed off in comparison to how old Big Boss looked. But apparently the 'gray hair' was just lighting. So it may very well be him.
Also I posted about Walkman dates on the last page. It was actually invented in 73, just didn't become a home commodity until the late 70s early 80s everywhere. Peace Walker took place in 74 so it would fit even if the game is set not to long after Peace Walker.

But all in all I say FUCK CHICO AND PAZ. Show us Big Boss 'saving' Sniper Wolf. Show us Big Boss mentoring Gray Fox/Null and little Naomi.
Oh god a little Naomi would be so cute. And knowing the outcome of those three would be so heartbreaking.

Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, the next game from Kojima Productions, will tackle many “taboos” and “mature themes,” according to Metal Gear series creator Hideo Kojima. So much so, that Kojima is unsure if he’ll even be able to release the game.

“Over the past 25 years, I have tried to work with the Metal Gear series to try and introduce more mature themes,” Kojima told Spong. “But really, it hasn’t happened yet, compared to movies or books. There’s still has a long way to go. That’s precisely what I want to try and tackle with my next project, Ground Zeroes. I’m going to be targeting a lot of taboos, a lot of mature themes, that really are quite risky. Honestly, I’m not even sure if i’ll be able to release the game!”

He added, “And even if I did release the game, maybe it wouldn’t sell, because [the themes would be] just too much. But as a creator, I want to take that risk. As a producer, it’s my job to try and sell the game. But I’m approaching this project from the point of view of a creator, where I’m prioritizing creativity over sales.”

Hopefully, that risk won’t lead into the following scenario, as described by Kojima.

“It’s very possible that some time in the future after Ground Zeroes is out, I may be called up by management who will say, ‘Kojima! What are you doing? Ground Zeroes isn’t selling! What have you done?’ And at that point I’ll [hopefully be able to] say, ‘Don’t worry! [Metal Gear] Rising is selling well!”
