Just went thru it and was able to link up the main characters I had used in 1 & 2 and see all the DLC linked to my Origin account, then you pick and choose individual story events over the 2 games that you want imported into Inquisition.

The Dragon Age Keep is a companion website for players of Dragon Age games, dedicated to connecting all products in the Dragon Age franchise together.

Using the Keep, you will be able to re-create your unique world history from previous games and continue the story in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Having issues with having the warden alive at the end of 1 on keep.

If i fucked morrigan and put a baby in her, you can kill the archdemon without dying but Keep wont let you do that

Anyone else having trouble loading DA:O chars? 2 is fine, 1 cannot. played on PC too.

You can probably buy both of them for $20 combined if you're so inclined to play them before DA:I comes out. I'd say it might be worth it for a better understanding of the world if nothing else. People hate on DA2 but I thought it was pretty good aside from the (heavily) reused environments.

Reused environments and complete lack of depth to the combat compared to 1. You could mod it out in the PC version, but the constant explosions of enemies was sorta dumb too.

I also had zero problem with setting up everything how I wanted in the Keep, including the Dark Ritual and the Warden surviving.

I vastly preferred combat in 2 to Origins' "click attack, watch character swing once every three seconds." I found it excruciatingly slow and monotonous.

This. I found origins to be slow, and 2 to be a nice, up tempo imagining of what i imagine combat should've been.

Origins had mostly classic Baldur's Gate style combat. Inquisition seems to be going back to that with a bit more of an actiony spin.

Access is a really awesome service to be honest, and the price isn't shabby at all

I tried uploading my story to Keep last night and it got a ton of stuff wrong. It didn't even recognize me playing through Awakening at all. Had to manually go through and select my choices. That said, some of the stuff it kept track of was...interesting. Like how you dealt with the Ostagar deserter at the very beginning of Origins, and if you persuaded or intimidated the Chantry at Lothering to give you the key to Sten's cage.

Decided to pick it up on brobox because of Ea Access having the early transferable trial.

Will get it on pc eventually too when it hits a sale for them sweet sweet mods

I've been under the impression that the game won't be very mod friendly due to the Frostbite engine, at the very least there isn't supposed to be a creation kit/mod tool release.

That said, outside of Dragon Age Redesigned for the original, most of the good mods were usually just small tweaks to the combat system (Advanced Tactics/Combat Tweaks) and additions to the character creation. And at least for the second character creation looks deep enough to not require the extra options.

Well after making my save states on Keep last night and watching a few vids I am now in full hype mode. Damn it, why did I do this to myself two weeks before release date
