This show makes me laugh pretty good. Just starting to get caught backup. Imagine if Nanoha had fight animation of this shows quality ;D.

While KyoAni does have incredible animation, Nanoha might not be the best example to use there.

Nanoha is well known for having fantastic animation in all 3 series, especially when it mattered.

I think it's age has more to do with it than anything else. I guess it's impossible to compare something from even 3 years ago to something from today.

Bump. Not a good ending.

I'm not spoilering this because it's not a big deal, but it annoyed me.

They never gave Yuuta a fight scene. Everyone else got one, and he's the MC. Pisses me off.

I liked the ending, I thought a fight scene would probably come out of no where but I was glad it didn't. It was a good ending even if it was a little lackluster (I think the extra 2 or so minutes from a OP/ED-less episode should've been used), and overall it was a great show that I enjoyed a lot. No regrets with this one, but Kyoani's next project looks like it might be painful to watch.

would kill for a movie of a silly light-hearted nature from this series. One set like another 4-5 years when they have grown up. could be awesome but o well.

My sentiments exactly.

It was okay. The ending had some good spots and bad spots. I like what the Mori Summer chick said about moving on from chuunibyou to trying to make up a you that is your idea of a normal high school student. But I think napping chick getting in on the plot and everyone getting together at the end to help them out was kind of contrived.

I enjoyed the show for what it was. Unless i missed it in one of the "lite" episodes, i wanted to see the talent show fight they did.

I didn't really like the ending. It's made worse by the fact that we were so close to it being great/amazing but the girl's bad drama got in the way. The main girl really is the worst girl in this series. It was great for what it was without adding Rikka's troubles into it.Really half the stuff in this final episode was contrived down to the police officer. They could have literally just walked up to the officer and told him he was Rikka's boyfriend and he would have just wandered off talking to himself about hot blooded vigor of youth these days. The grandpa might still be mad but he would at least recognize who it is after that.
It was just trying to inject drama where there is none and it turning out boring within a series packed with moments where they do manage to inject drama in the ordinary exceedingly well. That's the main reason that ending was a letdown.

Pretty standard for a Kyoto animation show if K-On is any indication.
