Yeah that one is 250 Vicious Fangs. There's been postings of other stat combos now too, I'll try and throw them all here for the lazy later.

Edit: Oh, can use 40 crystals instead of the Philo Stones. It gives you a tome instead with defensive infusion slot instead of quiver with offensive slot. Same stat combos though.

I really gotta hurry my ass up and get a guild/upgrades. I have a feeling people who are stuck around level 1 are going to have a hard time getting a group for FotM soonish.

I love the new dungeons but I hate how the partying system works. Spent half of tonight just trying to get everyone into the same instance, having everyone kicked out if one ( or more ) people are outside of the instance and trying to zone in, and no way to enter back into the instance if you DC.

That and ANet needs to fix their annoying "invalid password" DC'ing error.

Yeah this is quite stupid. Between the culling, the amount of mobs and the hp of all of them, this is taking an absurd amount of time for regular event rewards. -.- Not to mention not getting hardly any kill credit because of their dumb participation system.

shoulda been split into many smaller events. the could have easily done that w/o changing anything.
For phase 1: event #1 going down the cave, event #2 going up, event #2 escaping.
Phase 2: each boss wave is a new event.

This is just taking f/e and its the same thing over and over again for no rewards. I had a lot more fun yesterday taking the island and it was good karma/xp. its bordering tedious to me atm and I would log out if i wasn't hoping for some special reward or something at the end

Awesome event so far, died around 500 times. It seems tons of folks dc'ed like 5 minutes ago, the event sort of "reset" back to the: protect the demolition team part. We were already near Captain's Retreat fighting tons of mobs with the mortar rounds... way past the demo part. Then everything went poof.

got shit rewards, but half the guild got various precursors (atleast 5 collossus)

Phases 1 and 2 were complete shit, but they made up for it tenfold with Phase 3. Bravo.

I couldn't do shit the last phase cause world conspired against me and my shitty internet (unpausable windows updates and people in my house generally being assholes), but between the ridiculous amount of lag and 4-5 d/cs I managed to get final reward.

I got a precursor...

But it was The Bard... 10 gold is better than nothing but god damn that's like winning the lottery and losing everything to taxes.
