I've always been mostly punk/metal/hardcore, obviously nothing in Chicago radio-wise for that.

@Callisto- all good calls! Strung Out is always impressive. I remember seeing Rise Against in....03? on Long Island @ the Hurley stage of warped tour. There were probably fifty people there it was awesome. Then I saw Thrice in 05-06 in a tiny club that was attached to a prime rib house lol
