Agent Coulson is my man, but damn, that cast is white as fuck. How about a little diversity. From what I read, they swapped out the Althea character for the Asian lady.

You saw him shot, then saw a blood streak on the wall. Of course he's alive. The real question is if Coulson is evil or not.

"Death" is only a minor setback when it comes to comics. Also, S.H.I.E.L.D. is known to use LMDs (Life Model Decoys).

The best theory I've heard is that this is a Coulson LMD or Clone, though he's been told that he secretly survived, and halfway through the season he begins to doubt he's the real Coulson.
