Its at this very specific spot. The location is above the sunken sea tower where you find mime. Hug the coast of this part of the peninsula while riding the boat and it will eventually show up, it is very rare, auto battle is very nice for this.

Yeah, Skull Eatter gives 5 ABP.

I didn't really bother grinding till the Rift. This game is very forgiving, unless you're fighting a superboss.



Neo Exdeath was annoying. Toughest part was stealing everything off of him.

Rift right before Exdeath. I grinded and mastered. @lv45 now about to fight Shinryu for the 9th time for Dragon Whisker.

Nope, no elixir will be taken from inventory with mimic. Earning JP and gil is pretty easy in this game especially with the final area of the rift, I gave everyone set jobs and they mastered most of them through the normal content alone. Earning EXP is pretty hard though, I beat neo exdeath at lvl42/41 and now at the sealed temple I could really use some exp for the extra hp/mp.

I enjoyed this port way more than I expected and I hope they bring FFVI very soon, hopefully without the bullshit borders on my iPhone 5 -.-.

Do you need to equip Exp Up on Freelancer to get the bonus exp?


I'm just going to go to the River in the Sealed Temple and grind there. Hopefully the lance drops.


You can refight Neo ExDeath incase you didn't/want multi Ragnaroks.

Yes, the only abilities you get automatically are innate abilities that jobs get without equipping anything. Aka, monk having counter and the barehanded ability (forgot name), dual wield, seeing passages on thief, the geomancer floor stuff, etc. (I think most of those were innate, anyway)

The 3rd tablet, the great sea trench I just go with sing put on remember and spam requiem 1 shot kill

Each fight is 900-1300 xp
And 3-5 ap
