Seeking a new raiding guild (RDruid -- Alliance)

Hey all,

Looks like my raid team is finally disintegrating after months of uncertainty, so I'm on the lookout for a new place to land.

I'm looking for a guild that is somewhat serious about it, ie no raids getting canned because people can't bother to show up. Kinda sick of that in my current guild: in the past 3 months I think we've had only 2 or 3 raid nights where we have had a full group capable of doing progression. A good fit progress-wise would be a guild that's about 3-4H in MSV and 0-2H in HoF.

The major sticking points:
- I can't raid on Tuesdays. That eliminates a lot of potential guilds
- I'm in MST and can't really raid before 6PM during the week (8PM EST)
- I would prefer to stay alliance. Otherwise my OCD is going to compel me to do every damn old world quest again.
- I am a primary healer; my moonkin gear/experience is definitely sub-standard

My Cata and MoP experience is 10m, but I am willing to give 25 man a go too, though I haven't raided 25 since the first month of Cata.

Currently my druid is at 492ish ilvl in resto gear. Current exp is 16/16 and 1/16H.

We have about 13 teams at last count, all with varying days/times as well as levels of progression. Some are working through normals, while the most progressed team is 13/16H. Even if an ideal team isn't recruiting, feel free to drop an app anyways.
