I think its generally easier if the woman is 2 inches or more shorter than the guy. I'm about an inch or so shorter and if I wear shoes with a decent heel he gets weirded out because I go from being shorter to taller with a shoe-change. I think if I was always taller or always shorter it wouldn't be so bad.
