    Depends on the normal melee. Assuming 99 anni D bullets and null fstr2 1 str would add ~.5 to base dmg which is only approximately .22% increase in base dmg (.18 with delve ammo). That same percent dmg for 1 str (~.25 base dmg) at null fstr corresponds to a 110.5 D weapon. So basically 1handers without delve weapons (and a couple with) will get a bigger percent increase to base dmg for a given amount.

    Regardless of melee comparisions the 5 str diff between carabineer would equate to 1.13% dmg but looking at ranged pdif doing rough math looks like the 10 ratt diff would lose on tp by a little but win a little on ws. bah why is there no spreadsheet for rng . The full math on these would be rather annoying

    I think its guildwork that people use? Or are you not seeing shouts at all. I believe the /yell filter is set off by default. Turning it on will allow you to see adoulin shouts while still in jeuno.

    You can buy it from the SE store, which is different and needs a different login, which you will have to create. It appears the best PC solution is Amazon, based on comments from when the expansion went live.

    but was this ever tested again? how much TA does the body give now? bg wiki still says 2,5% and other wikis 1%

    For upheaval... caudata, elemental, or ??? belt?

    Also, is apathy going to beat out elemental neck?

    Looking at that thread, Homam body might be 1% or data from Alla might be wrong. I'll just reparse it today because I derped last night and couldn't get Relic Gun to drop in Dynamis - Bastok (yeah, it's from Sandy) so I can't continue my /ra parses yet.

    Hi all, wanted to ask if its normal that you have a delay of spells/WS after executing them and before they fire of, asking mostly because of the spell stun and ofc stuning tp moves on time. Have also tried it without spellcast and stuning from the menu. Just curious if its normal that the spell goes of like half a second after hitting the enter key or w/e.

    Also would like to know what all could play a roll in stuning a move on time and not (except the person playing ofc) does the location you play at really have a big impact on when you start seeing the tp move and your spell landing? And also could the PC have anything to do with it?

    Put this in the bottom of your spellcast and see if it changes things:

    still get the short delay between hitting the button and the spell going of, also without spellcast. (if that isnt supposed to be normal)

    That's normal. It works like this:
    * You choose to Stun
    * Your Stun command passes the client checks (like whether or not you have access to the spell) and gets sent to the server
    * The server immediately sends you a packet back that triggers the "Backstab starts casting Stun" message
    ** At the same time, it starts a timer for your casting time based on your current fast cast/etc. levels.
    * When your casting time is up, it sends you the Stun/Resist/etc. message and either affects monster behavior or not.

    So yeah, Stun does have a casting time (BGwiki has it as 0.5 seconds). It's just short.

    I can almost guarantee you it's wrong, but I don't know how much the magian staff really is.

    Pre-delve weaponry apathy/caudata was better then ele neck/belt.

    not sure now, though I suspect it hasn't changed.

    re byrth: ok thanks for the answers, i assume i can add that rule you posted into SC with a variable to idle in stun gear. i prefered to turn of SC since i have the feeling it causes me to lag even more sometimes (spell takes even longer to go of).

    Was cratio changes for all mobs, and level correlation changes for just adoulin mobs?

    Cratio cap was for everything. Level correction was kinda vague in update notes. It just said it's half what it was and that doesn't apply to mobs not introduced... wether not introduced means the ones introduced in that update or not idk wether that means soa has none or full then didn't say either. Some people nhave said they did testing but haven't seen results... and since some of that was testing was of the wrong level correction anyways.

    70 macc, 35 macc, 60 macc, I don't even know anymore. Times like this where I wish SE would release a Q&A for all these secrets.
