I have never heard of that brand before, but judging by the price it is on the lower end of quality compared to others in the market. Also, if you purchased it from Newegg recently I would definitely try to RMA it if you can.
However, if you do go the route of purchasing a new PSU I suggest finding similarly priced PSUs in your price range and comparing their reviews. If a product is known for poor quality it'll be obvious based on the 1-2 egg reviews it receives. Lastly, a PSU is the heart of your computer and it never hurts to spend a little extra on the one you purchase to help ensure you receive a long lasting product with minimal problems.
Money isn't an issue to be honest. I don't know much about power supplies. A buddy of mine suggested it as it was affordable at the time I was purchasing the gfx card. Another co-worker stated he thinks it's overheating. I'll do some research this evening on the power supply.

I built my box for silence but I might create a couple clock and fan profiles to see what it's capable of.
Yeah I notice the power supply fan when it comes on is very loud, almost like there is a wire and the fan is hitting it. I ran the heaven benchmark twice and it didn't quit at all. I'm just afraid that I'll be playing the game and it will quit at a critical time. I am going to just get a new power supply I think. I believe new egg will allow me to return this one. If this needs to be moved to the tech thread I will stop posting in this thread. Thanks for the feedback guys.
This is the PSU I just ordered as part of a new build.

I had never heard of SeaSonic since I normally stick with Antec PSUs but this one came highly recommended.
Yeah I just grabbed a Corsair like suggested. We'll see how it pans out.

Corsair 1050w has been giving my pair of 7970 and 3930k great loving for over a year now. Solid brand, even if they're just rebranded Seasonics.
Got a new card today, was using a 560 ti, it was getting around 5k on the benchmark. Had to go back to old drivers, updated ones set it back almost 700.

sorry i'm late to the party

Not sure I understand the point of 1280x720 in the benchmark. Does anyone really play at such a low resolution? What's that, like a 13-inch screen or some old non-1080p TV?
Some people like playing in a window that is nowhere near fullscreen. No harm in supporting it. Not speaking from personal experience, but I know someone who got accustomed to the shitty size of everything on the PS2 in FFXI, then moved to the PC and kept everything looking like shit by using a tiny-ass window.
Also, if they're serious about supporting mid/lower-end laptops, the recent Windows 8 laptop I looked at was actually at or around that resolution natively.
I guess you're right, there are a lot of low-end laptops out there that run 1366x768.
