I have the exact setup. Everything the same including the SSD. I got 8280 for a score, but this was 1920x1080 instead of 1920x1200.

Really trying to consider what I will do with my Tax Refund. New GPU, SLI my existing 560ti, or buy a new Phone...

I did a complete clear out, optimized the SSD, installed latest drivers did a restart etc. Maybe try all that!
I'll give this a shot. I also have an Asus 7770 that was RMA'd showing up (literally just got delivered as I was writing this) and give that a shot too. If these 6950s don't pan out can always sell them and get a 7970 or something.

I was running on 1080p, i did OC my GPU, so that woulda made the difference, i also am on the 314.07 drivers, hell i hope SE optimizes for up to date drivers. They failed to do that in XI

Me too. I actually run at 2560x1440 but the benchmark maximum is 1920x1200. So my real-world score would be actualy LESS. It's hard to tell how much of a hit I will end up taking going up to fullscreen/2560x1440 from 1920x1200 windowed.

I hope between SE working with nVidia, new drivers coming out before launch, and more optimization of the engine, things will be good. /pray

I run a i5 3570k (at stock), 16G of some hyperX oc'd RAM, GTX 680, SSD etc. Pretty sure I should be able to get more than 7300 with latest drivers, 7900 with previous ones. I got dual screen though (1920x1080 and 1920x1200) but still, shouldnt make such a difference.

306.97 are far and away the best drivers that I've used. That said, it really isn't worth switching to outdated drivers just for a Beta benchmark. ):

I built my box for silence but I might create a couple clock and fan profiles to see what it's capable of.
I just got a 660Ti today, and also have a 2500k. This shall be a good comparison!

But aside from that, based on overall performance, would the 306.97 drivers be the overall better for gaming and not just the beta benchmark? Cuz i wouldn't mind going back to the old drivers if it increases my performance in every game.

At maximum? That would run just dandy on medium if that is the case. TouchscreenXIV would be a little tricky lol.

Any info out there that could increase performance with this game on an AMD card? Can't seem to get above 5000 on maximum settings?

    Which card and what processor?

If you don't have at least a 5850, 6870 or 7850 forget about it.
