...and they all deserve some laughter and ridicule concerning their poor work ethic and attitude. If someone can't even man up and put in the hours necessary to pass a simple programming course, they shouldn't be graduating with a technical degree of any kind. I would be more sympathetic if this was the first attempt at the course, but it's not. I have a close friend who has always approached college with this attitude and it's hard to care anymore. Nobody should get a pat on the back for wasting their own time and money.
I'd like to apologize to all those are disappointed in me by this, i don't mean to look stupid, or pitiful but this was simply a last resort and i had no choice.
I appreciate the comments negative and helpful.
at the end of the day what can ya do
While i do generally agree with you, you are incorrect to assume i did not put anything into learning this course. My first attempt at the class i put the hours in, tutoring, staying late after class, Asking questions to the point classmates would get pissed at me. I did all of the homework yet the Syntax errors fucked me over and i ended up gettin 4/5 out of 10 points. I did everything anyone could do to try and pass a class even teamed up with someone who got an A but still ended up failing with a 57%.
My second time through i'm using alternatives. I plan to use the internet to either
A: Check my work and see if they can fix it... Which has proven successful on the past 3 assignments 7/10,9/10,10/10. Now this test which again proven successful 87%.
It's not about "Man'ing up" its about someone who has did what society says works for "Passing a class" but in the end still fails. This is not my attitude towards everything but in this case since programming is not something i plan to use.
I find my way to get around it for now. Perhaps someday if i need it ill be able to hire profressionals who don't have strong accents like my teacher to teach me.
I'm also disappointed in myself for having to resort to this but, when money is on the line especially when its your own... you don't have time to say "Well ill try harder next time" specially when your paying 10k a semester as an Out of State sudent
niggas on the grind nowadays and on a 9.85/h salary in college, 140h per month. I don't have the luxury of wasting $2000 to repeat this again.
seriously, lol
If the guy was begging for help to cheat his way through biochem for his medical degree I'd understand where any of you were coming from
Guy carries himself like an idiot and is clearly lazy, so make fun of him if you will.. but threatening him? That's not moral, that's sociopathic and cruel
Carry myself like an idiot? and lazy? LOL
The thread is now closed... Thanks all for the replies
Edit: I appreciate it Headspace, This is the first time ive done something like this and good to know some good hearted people enough to just help someone in a tough situation.
Instead of post all these "Assumptions about my life and how i am lazy and idiotic"
Blue gart is always fun with the number people who "look down on others" like they are all righteous
Headpost
Fucking LOL
What is this I don't even...
What major are you in, pray tell, which requires a programming class that will never have any bearing on your chosen field?
Otherwise I have no sympathy for you. But it looks like someone did so whatever, enjoy your degree that (however you justify it) you didn't fully earn.
Please stay on the east coast when you graduate.
Is my last post..... 120 credits and i cheat 3 of them... I earned it fully but thanks
Bunch of Internet white knights in here. No one cares if you approve of what he's doing.
He learned a valuable business lesson.
Focus on your core competency and outsource the rest.
itt: a bunch of retards that couldn't help him with simple programming anyways so they just degrade him
the GEDs on high alert tonight
well played BG, well played.
I believe we're done.
