I'm currently doing a semester long project for a user interface class and I've gotten to the part where I need a few respondents for a quick survey. This survey basically pertains to an after-death service for what you would like done after you pass away. Essentially what you would want to leave for your loved ones or what you want done to your body. The survey is less than ten questions. I appreciate any and all answers. Thanks guys!

I picked the best answer I could for each, but, didn't feel the options allowed for full expression, but that's partially because I don't give a fuck what happens to my body after I'm dead, because I'm dead. Throw me in a ditch for all I care.

What is the supposed difference between 'Precaution' and 'Planning Ahead'? I mean, you know you're going to die, so they're technically the same thing as far as I'm concerned.

Took it, and I don't care what people do with my body after I die. Sell my organs on the black market, science, some other human. Bury me in the ground, set me on fire, fuck my cold lifeless corpse... Mostly, I just don't want someone to have to be stuck with any bills.

If I was to die, right now, that would suck for my family and I would rather them just not have to worry about it.

From my experience with the people we do estate planning for, precaution and planning ahead are the same thing. People that want to make sure all their ducks are in a row do so because they want to plan, but they also do it now (instead of later) as a precaution in case they're hit by a bus.
