I guess he'll just have to fuck 15 year olds then.
Well then maybe he should listen to your advice.
I appreciate the offer Brill but Millvale is not anywhere I typically go except for Mr. Smalls theater shows.
This area is where I'm looking:

All of my family lives in this area,
All of my friends live in this area.
Red is where I live now, blue is where I work, green is my college, purple is the two locations I play hockey.
Probably
As far as TV, as it is now I do not have cable either - I only have internet and I just stream Parks & Rec and whatever else I wanna watch within a few hours of it airing on cable. I also have Netflix on my PS3, so I would not miss cable in anyways.
I am wary of buying any fabric furniture from thift shops (bedbugs), but I would not be opposed to buying more wood/etc type items from there.
Yeah I saw it, I was just being more specific with Brill as far as the region of SW Pennsylvania I'm looking to stay within.
But yeah I already started playing around on those sites, thanks.
Here's the thing. If you're only looking to get a $800/mo or less place, just look into buying something under $100k...
Everyone here is telling you to stay home and save, then just keep your savings for emergencies. Well, you could save another few months and use your original savings for a down payment of as little as 3%. Mortgage rates are so low (depending on credit) that payments would be at worst equal to rent (it's like $4-600/mo up to 80k), but you're paying for a much bigger place that you own, have space for a roommate that would be paying your mortgage and could sell if needed.
Check out zillow.com. It shows a map with properties you can filter for sale.
It also shows some rentals.
fuck the east coast, man. i like my nice, sensibly organized cities. No roads should ever curve that much.
No excuse. TAME YOUR ENVIRONMENT
