<devise> of Sargeras (US) is a guild focused on progression raiding, but doing so in a manner sensitive to the time limitations and sensibilities of the many professionals who enjoy the game. Unlike many "2 day" raiding guilds, we really raid two days only, even during progression. The majority of our current roster has significant prior progression raiding experience in Top 50 (or better) US guilds, and we desire comparable raiding experience from our applicants.

Current needs

1 Exceptional Healer of any class.

We will also consider outstanding applications from players with significant prior progression raiding experience (i.e. top 50 US or better experience) seeking to replace one of our core members.

The details

<devise> is a relatively new raiding guild, formed with the release of MoP. We consist of one 10 man group, which raids 2 days only, and only on the weekends (even during times of progression). (Sat/Sun 1-5pm CST) While we are serious about progression kills, we recognize that real life schedules of professionals often cannot be arranged around content release dates, and thus strive to respect our scheduled raid hours as much as possible.

Our target roster size has always been small (12-13 at most). We recruit for specific needs, and you can expect to see raiding time if accepted as a trial.

Because of our raid schedule, which is also compatible with European raiding times, <devise> has attracted players from around the world with a variety of working hours, leading to an active guild nearly around the clock.

Even though we are a new guild on a limited schedule, our group has already succeeded in reaching 11/16H. Since our current roster has significant prior raiding experience, we only expect our rankings to improve as we grow more comfortable raiding with one another.

Applicant expectations

Raiding experience. While we realize that talent can be found in unexpected places, prior progression raiding experience will certainly help your application's chances. Please provide a thorough raiding history in your application, pointing out any in game accomplishments of which you are particularly proud.

Dependability. As our roster is small, reliability is particularly important. This does NOT mean that you can never miss a raid. It does mean that you must find a way to inform us if you will, preferably in advance.

Participation. While we understand that many guild members will have limited playing hours, we do ask for some participation on the forums, particularly when it comes to the discussion of strategies we will use for the upcoming raid week. What matters to us is that our collective success matters to you.

Maturity. We strive to create a raiding environment in which everyone can play comfortably, and this means that homophobic or racist slurs (and similar behaviors) do not have a place here. Respect each other.

If this sort of raiding appeals to you, we would love to see an application from you. For more information, contact Lotek#2700 in game or via pm on our website.
Casual guild that I run with on the weekends when my main guild isn't raiding. They have a pretty strong core and do well for the amount of hours they put in every week. If you want to experience content at a decent pace with a low amount of raid hours per week, I suggest checking us out.

We're looking for a Disc Priest primarily, but any exceptional player is always welcome to apply.
