Help resizing menus and such?

Hey, I've got a few things I need help with.

I got a new laptop and installed Windower, blah blah. I've gotten the characters and everything graphics related looking great. However, I'm having problems getting the menus resized so that they look crisp and clean. At the moment, they're looking all PS2-like. Stretched all the way across the screen with the letters being huge.

I've tried messing with Overlay, Background, FFXIConfig and nothing seems to work. I haven't touched a thing in regedit, so I don't think the problem could be there, right?

Here's a few more bits of info that may or may not help:
Launching through GUI
Overlay: 1366x768
x64 and Hide Border: Checked
Background: 2048x2048
Bump Mapping and Compress Maps: Checked
Environmental: 0
Texture: 2
MipMaps: 6
