that and all relic gear has been reskins of artifiact. it might be empyrean, especially since the blue robe set looks suspiciously like geomancer from ff3 (and somewhat ff5)

Fucking Velkk helm. I imagine the new tiger is a Naakual, and I wouldn't put that big dragon thing as being our now mysterious 7th Naakual. I hope so anyways. And unfgh is that thing some sort of super Caturae? Haven't we dealt with enough of those! What are they even!? Defense mechanisms of the Vana'diel itself? Does that explain their existence in Provenance and Abyssea? fffffffffffffffffffffff

Actually, he got the dagger from the skirmish. I do believe the text on the website indicated you buy this gear from points gained from reives and colonization. I imagine they won't be cheap and you will have to work to get them.

Adoulin is rife with exotic armor and weaponry, and while some of it has yet to be seen by adventurers,
the Peacekeepers' Coalition does offer a fair selection of pieces to those who have proved their mettle and established themselves as ardent guardians of the city.
Word around town is that there will also be rewards commensurate with the struggle of tracking down the Naakuals and then showing them who truly rules Ulbuka.

There's not enough to rule anything out yet.

And fuck yeah, FF3 Geomancer robe! I'm considering leveling GEO based on that pic alone.

For quick reference for those who want to listen as well, you can swap the Mog House song with the Adoulin songs. Swap the file while -outside- MH though, otherwise you might get some unpleasant results.

As expected, they all sound awesome.

I don't recall them getting anything from the Skirmish, because they timed out. As far as I can tell Skirmish upgrades your chest every so many kills but it doesn't look like they actually got drops because they timed out instead of whatever it is you're supposed to do to get the chest. More than likely, the dagger and the upgrade stones were already in his inventory at the start of the stream like all the armor he had was.

Somewhat disappointed they're not going with the classic Mystic Knight look (The arabian kind). I guess they thought itd be too similar to BLU. I wouldn't have minded. Or in a funny twist they could've just made the RUN AF3 look like the FF5 BLU with the superhero mask. Hah. I also would've preferred FFT Geo over FF3/5 Parka GEO, but oh well.

And man this is so Christmas Eve. I been up all night and I still can't sleep, I'm too excited. Good thing it's my day off so I can crash at like 7pm and sleep until the update is ready for download.
