Not yet because we don't know what pertains to what .DAT yet. There are a lot of 6KB placeholders right now so tomorrow we should be able to find out what is what and the guy that maintains POL utils will be able to update it later on after the update.

i'm really tempted to trawl thru all the ROM files to redo NPC lists for AltanaViewer and sort them properly, but i think i might die.

Well, that makes sense. Aren't all dungeons instanced in Adoulin? Are there even any that can be accessed freely without doing Skirmish?

I think from the lore those refer to the barriers that GEO set up to protect the city from the new beastmen.

Sih Gates is definitely a dungeon as it is mentioned that the roots from the plants of the Hunting and Battlegrounds protrude into the network of caves.
