Given that adaman bullets are alchemy 81, I would presume that damascus bullets are at least that high, if not higher.

Necklace is Bonecraft, Lightning Crystal + Necklace. No idea on cap or what it desynths into, broke the only one I found on the first try.

I can do them 100 alchemy 70 smithing. HQ'd it and got 2 stacks, sold a stack for 1M lol. 2nd stack still up and nobody else has sold any last I checked (on Shiva)

I had been worried they'd make a synergy synth requiring 110...

If I had to guess I would imagine it is potentially an HQ2-3 result of desynthing a Scholar Stone.

Can confirm the above. I just made Tanzanite Jewel from a Scholar Stone.

Assuming it was HQ2 or 3 and the synth is relatively low-level. I'm 102 + 10 gold.

HQ 1 or 2 was a Sapphire and NQ was an aquamarine.

edit: Oh I just noticed you said desynth. It's wind crystal + stone, so regular synth.
