I have RUNE 30 But it wont let me use the JA that deals dmg to a enemy anyone know why?
Thanks
Does Vallation use the rune you have up when you activate it or does it go by what rune you have active when hit?
46 second recast on reraise with embolden haste vs 51 seconds without embolden.
Also embolden makes stuff half duration
So it increases potency by 50% and decreases duration by 50%, probably. I'll add that to the wiki for now.
I wonder if Embolden will up the cap on Stoneskin or add some potency to Regen/Refresh
It's almost certainly a re-hashed version of the proposed RDM SP2 that made it to the test server and mysteriously got scrapped despite people generally liking it. I think that worked on Enspells/Phalanx/Stoneskin/Regen/Refresh, so this probably will too.
Here some random data I've currently compiling.
So was asleep so don't have exact lvl but RUN gets auto regen 2 before 68. Gunna see if I can get the 64 in pt to wake up to ask him his
Also embolden increased my regen II from 12 a tick to 18 a tic. And yes that was accounting for the auto regen. So 50% increase. 10 minute timer is a sadface for testing... but I'm leeching so who cares lol
Pflug doesn't actually show up on the resistance page so not sure how much it adds...
Embolden+Refresh gave me 4mp/tic
Is anything below 50 nerfed on sub?
Has anyone done any real testing on the rune's damage and how it is calculated?
Or at least able to share if it appears that rune damage is the same or different for different weapon speeds? Just asking because of potential as both a 1h DW or a 2h job based on subjob and what you want to do.
Question: what RUN attacks/ abilities/ spells give high enmity to make RUN a tank job? Is it just higher damage plus run damage? Is their increased enmity when using Runes? Lunge spike DD and Flash?
So pro 3 without embolden gave 75 def with it gives 112. So I'd bet it works for shell too yays
Given the description, I would be unsurprised to discover that Lunge gives more Enmity than you'd expect from the damage alone. In order to confirm this, though, we would need to re-confirm the enmity/damage constant for level 99.
