It's whatever your main hand skill is. For instance:
Sword skill 400, Dagger skill 325
If you are dual wielding main Sword, offhand Dagger, Lunge damage will be based off of your Sword Skill (400). If you are doing a Lunge with one Rune active subjob, it would then be 400*0.75 = 300 dmg lunge
Does lunge give TP? Also what are people looking at for lunge sets?

As far as sets I'd say: What you said but Erlene's Notebook, thaumus head can be substituted for a couple of things if you don't have, Maybe Mrgn. Cotehardie, Opima Cuffs, Nimue's Tights, Opima Pigaches. Possibly some skill peices in some slots depending on the weapon
Anyways to mimize overlap I got some preliminary enmity stuff.
Foil: 80 CE, 240 VE
Runes: 80 CE, 320 VE
Both embolden and one for all are 160 CE with one for all counting for each person hit with it. Working on the VE but doing VE of a 10 min recast ja is bleh
Edit: Ok embolden and one for all have 320 VE each. Also the 2hr has really high CE. Like looks to be around 1800...

possible swaps: thaumas hat, mirke, sea torque, khepri hands augmented, denali kecks/desultor tassets and sea obis matching the element. Only issue is the enmity- on spolia stuff, if we're trying to tank.
might have already been said and is boring but at 99 Auto regen is giving me 3 tick not sure if it started at 99 or lower i know at 90 i was getting 2 tick

I didn't see anyone test this but Liement Absorbs Magic Damage based on your rune and HEALS you. The help text to me made it seem as though it just nullified the damage. This was the one thing I was hoping for. Now just need to test multiple Runes and how much HP healed. Only thing is, 10 min recast and only absorbs once.

If it meant magic shield, it would have said magic shield- like the ability that is learned 10 levels later.
The point is that there is a more specific term that they could and would have used (Magic Shield).
sry if it was already asked but it seems that the lunge ability gets a boost with mab gear,so does INT gear boost dmg too?
