I see 2 options:

1.) SE has planned to say fuck you to R/E/M and will introduce a new legendary weapon line

3.) SE's plans to augment R/E/M are gonna be fantastic and on par with the new legendary weapons that will be introduced

killed 3 hrs worth of mobs today in cirdas........ pyre rate is about 1/15 mobs and 0 body parts for skirmish ; ; ; most items i saw in a pyre are worthless shits like pebble, silver ore, mythril ore....

Does any of the JP info say whether or not the statue parts are consumed? Or is it regular instance you can run with a party? If so how often?

All right so it is consumed then. It doesn't seem to say anything about restrictions on reentry time, so if two people had them maybe you can just go one directly after the other.

I think that maybe it would be a good idea to start noting info about where/how they are obtained in case it's not totally random and there is a drop pattern. For example maybe only one certain type can com from HELM or another from one certain zone or region, etc.

I got faithful torso I logging in Ceizak and rala visage II mining in Sih Gates so far, just need the bottom part.

Also, there is one island in Foret that has tons of chigoes at H-6. Maybe rounding those up and killing them could be a fast way to try and get soul pyres for statue parts.

As I stated at the first page a LS member got Rala Visage II while doing HELM in Ceizak or Yahse.

That makes two Rala Visage II from HELM!

I'm all for outclassing current weapons, but how extreme are the buffs to current R/E/Ms going to have to be to make them remain "relevant?"

I'm not sure about that GSD but I'm pretty sure every other weapon that's appeared so far is actually weaker than the relevant REMs, though they come really damn close.

Offhand potential is kinda bad if all they have is really high base damage. STR and attack are worth a lot since it increases damage from both hands.

Did you use full mining gear? including the ones from pioneer coalition?

My server didn't have the new HELM gear so I wasn't using it, although I was using the old field set. But I doubt that really matters. I bought 5 of those stupid Trailblazing hatchets for bayld when I got the torso, used regular picks when I got the visage, so draw your own conclusions.

FFXIAH mention where some people obtained them:

Faithful Torso I from harvesting in Ceizak and Soul Pyre in Rala
Faithful Torso II from Soul Pyre in Rala
Rala Visage I from Soul Pyre in Rala and harvesting in Foret
Cirdas Visage III - the pic is "being approved" so only the thumbnail is visible. Looks as though they found it in Moh Gates somehow.
