First gun FNH FNS-9. Fuck finding ammo for it, though.
I can get ammo just not as cheap for my .40 - So I've been holding off on buying.
Basically, in store its $17-20 a box of 50 usually, but I was getting 1000rds bulk from gunbroker for sub 300, paying on avg. around 12-14/box with free shipping. Now the brand I want and seller hasn't sold it, so I've just gone to the range less. After paying so cheap for so long its hard to justify more. The free shipping alone made it worth it, even if it were at the same price... but free shipping on that much pretty much paid for itself in 2-3 orders.
The firing range was out of 9mm when I went yesterday so I had to purchase 40 and get a rental gun to shoot. I was expecting a bit more punch out of the 40. The ammo was like $26ish for 50. 9mm is $18.
Have had this for over a year, and still haven't gotten the chance to fire it ><
Remington 870 Express Tactical Shotgun
I miss this gun so much....

That's a nice looking AR.
My main carry gun:
Glock G22 Gen4 ".40"
Kicks like a horse. However, in a high stress situation you'll likely not feel it.
I would guess a J frame like that would run somewheres in the $500-700 range, depending on your local market and whatnots. .357 is a hell of a cartridge, I had a Colt Python for a few years and it was an absolute dream and really regret having to sell it.
