The day he released the names of everyone who ever used/bought FFXIAPP, such drama ensued. Before that day, most LS publicly were like NAH BRO WE DONT BOT LOL. Then after he revealed the list 99.9% of every LS that said they don't bot were actually hard botters. It was delicious.


There was also that time where he-that-shall-be-unnamed hacked into the Atomos test server years before it was ever released to the public and put something on the Auction house, the GMs were pretty pissed and confused as to how he managed to do it.

There may have been some fallout as a result of the Ganipedia situation too. Mierin wasn't too happy about Taj having access to all of their e-mail, Mierin being a lawyer of course. Granted, seeing the stuff going on behind the scenes of the Ganipedia sale was absolutely hilarious, it still stands to reason that he could face charges as a result.

Everyone knows the other guy, but dude I'm talking about did some crazy shit too, and some of it before the other guy. The DDOS Attacks of 2005 happened because of dude. He was firing them off from Carbuncle to get back at GMs who PK'd him in Ifrit's Cauldron on Bismarck after he threatened them IRL bodily harm. He also detailed most of his antics on the now taken down bismarckbitchlist.com website. Though much of the drama has long since died, you can see some of the sporadic posts on Rustymetal and Killuminati here:

Outside of the other guy, this dude was heralded as some sort of underground Matryr in Skillz LS and by some of the randoms that knew what was going on at the time. I always found it fasinating myself, despite being in a rival LS at the time. That $5,000 bot that Nightshade bought was terrible as fuck however, lol.

From what I heard from multiple friends in Skillz LS, Rusty ended up getting hit up by the FBI as well.

EDIT: To speak more on the DDOS Attacks themselves, Rusty would inform the leaders of Skillz (Night, Duncan, Arowyn) and then proceed to blow up all servers-- in part to mask where the attacks came from, and also for Faf/Nid claiming purposes. They were also spaced out after the first initial 3 days so people wouldn't know when they would happen. Very interesting times to be on Carbuncle in rival LSes (Foodmonsters, Perfection, GrayRabbits). Most people on Carbuncle had no clue what was even going on unless you were part of that inner circle.
