I watched it, seemed really boring. The premiere really failed to hook me, the drama was boring and seemed almost forced. The main male lead (forgot his name) has his moments between being a badass and being shit on and so far the story seems all over the place. I hope the future episodes are tighter and really bring out what direction they're planning on taking this series, if it doesn't it's going to tank.

Some parts reminded me of Terra Nova, dunno if that's a good or bad thing. I did enjoy it for the most part though.

Comes on during RAW for me, so I'll have to make due with re-runs. Just watched the pilot. It's aight, willing to watch more of it. Maybe it'll get my friends and me to play the game.

I thought it was decent enough to give the first season a shot. Can't be any worse than Falling Skies. I'm looking at it like Farscape light. Especially since Rockne S. O'Bannon is at the helm.

Im totally getting that Farscape vibe from this. Its cool so far, we'll see how it goes with future episodes.

Wasn't awesome but was truly better than some of the other "Syfy" crap they have tried to pawn off on us in the past. At least its not another Canadian "theft" that they are pawning off as a "Syfy Original" or another ripoff of a British show. Next thing we are going to see is an American Doctor.

All in all I was surprised and enjoyed the episode and can only hope they dont screw it up. I have been a fan of O'bannon since Farscape so here's a hoping...

In middle of re-watching this, I think they've done a pretty good job for a pilot.

Burningthought is right though, Nolson is epic half the time, and does get shat on alot the rest, but I kinda like it.

I see the vibe. I don't see the hook.

The race designs seem pretty simple so far, make up wise. Maybe there will be more to them as time goes on.

I am not sure what to think about most of the characters right now. The main guy seems like the dutiful type, but he hasn't been very interesting to me so far. His comrade is a bit more interesting.

Blah blah.. That's my opinion so far. I hope it gets better. I am tired of "syfy" phails these days. Waiting for them to have a eureka moment like AMC has had with Madmen and Walking Dead. Then again, with game of thrones, vikings, and adventime time to preoccupy me, I'll survive another let down from them.

Watched the pilot last night, all aliens being humanoid with some being only different eyebrows away from human is a little meh, but still the episode was fun.

REALLY tired of future apocalyptic worlds stemming from 1950's societal origins and featuring 1980's vehicles intermixed with alien tech in old western civilization...

That said, better than most in the genre and the game looks above average. If they avoid the months of political drama that killed BSG, the banal wasteland chronicles that killed Jerimiah and the painful-to-watch formulaic story of that other alien defiance show that I couldn't bear to sit through the first season of, then put more effort into the CGI, they have a shot..

P.S. Eureka sux0red and should never have lasted more than a season.

Also, who gets preoccupied with adventure time? That's more of a "stay grounded while altered" program...
