NOTE: You will be doing a lot of Waiting!! So get your stress-ball/pet/partner/pills/etc. ready.
First thing you need to do is to get hold of Gameplanet and ask them to “whitelist” your account you have with them. Because of the anti-fraud system placed your account in the blacklist, you can’t buy anything from Gamesplanet at all, which you will need to be able to do to solve this problem off. Let them know that your services with Square-Enix got suspended because of it, after that, just wait for their reply.
Once they have told you that your account has been “whitelisted”, Buy another copy of the game from them. Yes, you heard me right, buy another copy. They will tell you to buy another copy so that it shows up in their systems that you bought the damn thing and not from some illegal act.
Once the purchase is made and you have an order number, reply to the email you got from them, making sure the reference number is on the “subject’s bar”, telling them that you have bought the game with the order number on it. Wait for them to confirm the payment has been done and a reply back.
Once you get the last and final reply from gamesplanet, just answer them back any question they might have. Due to the anti-fraud system, there has been a lot of confusion in gamesplanet’s systems about identities and such. At this point you should have the suspension lifted if it still within working hours or if is not too late. They might ask you to give a list of the activation order of each of the Final Fantasy installments, from expansion pack down to add-ons, so that SE knows at what order to reactivate it, which I personally found funny because SE should know this. If you can’t not remember or not sure what order you did things those many years ago, just check on your SE-Account, on “option’s list” and scroll down to where you can see all of the stuff you have activated with dates an all.
Reactivate all of your Content IDs on your SE-Account under the "Option's List" to get everything back to working order.
As for the new activation code, DO NOT USE IT!! If you do, you’ll get you account with gamesplanet blacklisted again! Just ignore it. Please note that there’s no way of using the Code anyways because it not something can be removed or replaced. Once you have registered a code with your SE-Account, that’s it. Only reason I said what it I did was because Gamesplanet made an emphasis of it and after all this I, myself, is a bit edgy -.-‘
Last thing, I would like everyone to know that what I described here was what I had to do to sort my partner’s account out. I got no guarantees at all that doing the same exact thing will solve things for you, but at least it’s a guideline to what you should do. There might be exceptions for your given case. All I can do now is hope you the best of luck into solving thing problem and hang in there. As far as I know, your account hasn’t been deleted or banned, just suspended. Just keep at it with gamesplanet until you get the results you want from them.
