Follow-up on this:
Most of you are aware that such cleave PTs have declined considerably, if not, completely disappeared. If you do happen to meet a scam group, however, know that you have an opportunity to remedy this issue (I'm aware this has been posted, but this does reinforce that they're serious about such PTs this round). I trimmed her SSs to avoid the random yells etc.

They recently started up again a little. Wont see it everyday but here and there. Didn't realize there was a bunch of scamming... and geez most anyone here asks is like 1mil for 10-11 hours (though ends up being more since everyone I've been in has taken breaks for food and such and they don't count that time). I love jailing to return gil lol

Wouldn't say recently or directly related, but my friends mule account was auto banned back in feb during a FC rmt sweep just for being in it getting exp. SE email had claimed it was an rmt account, seems was more just bad circumstance tho. She quad boxed and kept all them on the same SE account, incidentally because of that all of her accounts were banned.

Well SE have likely increased the number of scams by killing off the 'legit' RMT cleaves.

The RMTs on most servers have their jeuno yeller get periodically banned so they make a new one with a very similar name, they do business off people recognising this name since they don't scam/short change people. They've resorted to scamming (assuming its still RMT doing so) because they know that they might not even be around for the 10+ hours they intend to cleave for.

SE are just wasting their own manpower, which seems to be the biggest issue for them, and preventing a relatively harmless form of obtaining gil.

I am in no way saying SE is wrong for doing it, it just seems impractical, providing no real benefit to the average player whilst diverting resources away from more worthy causes.

Its all but disappeared on Bahamut. Saw a shout the other day shortly before going to work, was gonna hop in it, but asked who was leading it, who was party leader, etc, FFXIAH'd them, and a few had no history, and the others had 2 days worth of history only selling gold box drops. I passed. :3
