Windows phone going straight to voicemail during the day?

So the past two days I've had people trying to call me during the day and my phone is taking them straight to voicemail. But it seems to miraculously start working at around 5~ pm (can't give exact since only been two days). Friend called me today around 4:30, went straight to voicemail, then called just now and was able to connect. The phone was in the same general area both times.

Any ideas?

Never had any trouble with signal in my apartment. I have 3 out of 4 bars basically all the time. And as I said this seemed to have started yesterday. My daughter tends to be a ninja at getting a hold of my phone so I think she might have done something to it. -.-;

Hmm, I would call tmo, (thats your provider if I remember correctly), I have not had an issue at all with calls going straight to voicemail ever on my lumia. I am with ATT though.

I would check your apns and call forward settings.

does the device have a do not disturb mode enabled? i don't recall the windows devices having that, but just a hunch, especially considering the device works after a certain time.
