Also the WS merits, they originally said the first merit was going to be 65% with each merit giving 5% bonus, but damn I'll take 73% for the opening merit. I am so glad I moved my merits around in anticipation of this change.
It technically is but at 99 there is a WS adjustment of 0.85 to stat mods for all WS's. So 100% mods -> 85%
Very underwhelming outside of Delve tbh. No real GEO changes and no artifact armor for the new jobs. No storyline continuation or coalition upgrades. Still no SP2s either. Hopefully there will be another patch next month with actual storyline and quests.
However, I will wait to see what goodies Delve can give before being unhappy.
edit: didnt see the reive message system in place and that is an awesome addition. Also, some jobs did get some good buffs so that's good!
