I like marathoning my anime instead of watching it on a weekly basis. So the wait for it to start up again and then go week by week is gonna suck. Will probably end up watching weekly for season 2.

I just hope the break doesn't fuck up the story like Sunrise did with Geass. If someone didn't watch the first season, who cares. They shouldn't matter, don't dumb down the show for them. I expect to jump right back in to where it left off when season 2 starts. I'll be sorely disappointed if season 2 doesn't open with Cain kicking ass in Unit 2

Geass season 1 and season 2 were separate seasons. This gap isn't because the season ended, it's just a gap in air time. Just like what fate/zero did a short time ago.

More like what happened to Guilty Crown, which had some Geass writers working on it. Geass changes were never as bad as people make it out to be. Guilty Crown, on the other had, was terrible.

To be fair, Guilty Crown was terrible the entire ride through. I only finished it because it was pretty looking.

The only reason to watch Guilty Crown was to watch it with the internet.

The trolling and absurd speculation that actually all ended up completely spot on was 100% of the enjoyment factor of that show.
