Phone browsing

When browsing BG on my phone, the page loads and I go to click a thread. At this point, an ad loads and displaces all the threads downwards about 100px. My click, even if it was on the right thread, ends up getting pushed into the thread 100px above that.

This could be solved by encasing the ad in a div with the dimensions of the ad. If this was the case, the ad would first load as a blank box and not end up displacing the page later. Ad dimensions are pretty much constant so this should be possible.
