You know, I hate to throw water on this fire, but I'm 99% certain that this presentation is going to just be a rehash of the presentation at PAX East.
They did a PowerPoint presentation talking about the history of the series and milestones, and then showed the teasers for Lightning Returns and FFX/X-2 HD before progressing into the SoA and ARR stuff.
So basically, this is not the presentation you think it is, and a *lot* of people are getting excited over nothing.

It was still shopped... those aren't the correct KH3 and 15 logos they used. And the 15 logo says "IV" at the bottom.

I hope Square has learned a lot about what fans want in a FF title over the past 7 years in the Versus development cycle.
Part of me hoped (before bombshells) that they would concede their flagship needed some repairs and "retire" it for a while while looking at enriching and pursuing title like Bravely Default and *possibly* looking at their older IP's in Chrono/Mana and revisit those.
However, after the XV announcement I'm hoping Nomura has put his belt laced soul into this title and we get the scale and feel of FF4/6 with the story and design of IX/X/X-2. Crystals, Leviathan, and cities named after Norse myth has me beyond cautiously optimistic.
