Going to have to find me someone with an Xbone in a year or two to try this out. Willing to give it the benefit of the doubt even with the developer behind it, also because I can play my main from the SNES version for free, heh.

I was never KI follower or so, but this new KI has way to many effects going on that destract you and cluster the screen full. I could understand such effects on supers/ultras or so, but on normal poke/fireballs, its just destraction for nothing.

Yo if you're in the Staples area (right off the blue line on Pico and Flower), there's a bar called Stella's Bar and Grill (Figueroa and Pico), they have the beta arcade, check it out. That being said, yeah, not gonna buy a Juan for this ;x

Fulgore, Spinal, and Cinder added

Until now, only Jago, Sabrewulf, and Glacius have been revealed for the new Killer Instinct on Xbox One, but Double Helix has since confirmed three more returning characters.

Fulgore, Spinal, and Cinder will return. Cinder will be more balanced than he was compared to the original Killer Instinct.

Additionally, brand new characters are also being created.

While the game will be free-to-play with one starting character and additional characters available as add-on purchases, there will also be different packages available for purchase.

Killer Instinct will be available as an Xbox One launch title this November. While it’s not being developed at the studio of its creators at Rare, Double Helix said it is working closely with the company and fighting game professionals.
