This FFIX world overview theme remix was played on the SE youtube stream channel during E3. I know a bunch of people, myself included, really wanted to find it at the time and I finally just did:

Edit: It comes from a soundtrack released in 2011 called Cafe SQ, which has this song and a bunch of other remixes from other SE games (including FF and some other games too like Chrono Trigger and Cross)
