Yeah it's really stupid that some of the mats needed arn't something you can just go out and solo. I've been running around the new zones killing mobs trying to figure out if maybe they drop from col reives or just possibly a rare drop somewhere. AH history shows they've existed since before this version update.

Ruddy seema is fairly easy to fish for... however I can't find any info on verbashroom except yesterdays glitched BCNMs though it seems it's been here without much use since probably soa from the looks of it. And only thing I can find on Isleracea is it dropped once from a czeik reive. And of course the mandy hasn't been found at all

Growing Mandragora sounds strange and wondrous to me.
Tried the coalation humus with arborscent seed; regular plants, regular junk.

Planting two-leaf mandragora buds does grow mandies in your garden but no sprouts yet. First harvest with grove humus = 2 crystals, bud.

Yeah I don't really care about lucky buds I want the sprouts! Though if that is used to get sprouts it's nice to get some back

Odds are some combination of mandy buds + humus result in sprout yields but since it appears you can use pretty much any humus the game has to offer it'll take some experimentation.

Now to get my hands on some Loam to see if that works as fertilizer.

Maybe... or maybe one of the other odd "seeds" like bulbs or whatever. Assistants might be necessary too... but can't decide between find seeds and find something good lol

Yeah, worm lure works for me. It pulls them up fairly decent with full fishing gear at 110.

For those looking for mandragora sprouts, the Fuliginous Mandragora in Cirdas drop them; south of the J-5 Lair Reive are three spawns with two obdella, west of that Reive are two spawns with an umbril. No one over in the mog garden thread has had any luck growing them, and I can confirm you can't plant them as seeds, but the drop rate in Cirdas was something like 11/18 with TH0.

Now, if only we had a reliable source of Isleracea...

It seems strange that we can't manufacture some of the lower-Bayld fertilizers. Have people checked the cooking recipe NPCs?

Depends on what you mean by reliable. I got 2 out of the 4 furrows I checked today... but given the length it takes them to grow still kinda meh
