Apparently that scene from SDCC will never be released to the public. Only for "hardcore" fans of SDCC.
Probably won't even be in the movie itself.
The clip was just a sizzle reel and didn't have anything directly from the movie itself. From what I was told it was simply Batman next to the bat signal and you see something red flying through the signal in the sky. The camera zooms in and you see superman all pissed off and charging his eyes as they glow red, and then it cuts back to batman with white glowing eyes. SDCC 2015 will more than likely have actual footage from the movie.
Here's another video posted on youtube. Probably will get taken down pretty quickly
HNNNNNNGH
I still think its a dumb premise for a movie. It's going to be one of those Batman+Superman VS. Villain, where they settle their differences temporarily and come together against a common enemy, then ends with Friendship is Magic.

I dunno, in Miller's book Wayne always considered Kal-El to be a threat.
Batman has always been leery of Supes. It's like Iron Man and Hulk.
Especially after what Supes and co. managed to do to Metropolis in Man of Steel, I'm sure Batman will be even more wary.
I wouldn't say he's weary of Superman as much as I'd say he doesn't trust anyone. There have been storylines built around Batman's plans to take out every member of the Justice League. Depending on how they frame this universe (is it going to be that Superman is the second hero in this universe, or are there already lots of them everywhere), this could just be something else he has to plan for.
Now, as much as we've criticized how much this universe is being rushed, I recently thought about something. With Phase 2 of the Avengers, one of the big complaints is why none of the heroes have called for help (namely in IM3 and Capt2). DC is setting up their universe to be less about individual heroes and all heroes at all times.
