I... I might just start watching Pokemon again. I am so giddy right now.

It's a made-for-TV movie that will air October 2nd on TV Tokyo.

The story begins when Red receives his first Pokemon—a Charmander—from Professor Oak. Along his journey, he’ll battle against his rival Green, gym leader Brock, and the evil organization Team Rocket. In a fierce battle against Team Rocket boss Giovanni, Red will encounter an unknown Pokemon.

This leaves me wondering if they are going to make a movie for every season of the show / game in the series.

New season of Hajime no Ippo for the fall, going by the picture it'll be going all the way up to the Eagle fight, and include Aoki's title match that was mentioned near the end of New Challenger(by far my favorite fight). My only reaction;

Have the names reversed at the end there, lol. Good luck with the next few chapters. Are are some good fights but there are also like 3 or 4 terrible Ippo fights unfortunately. He's about to against a new opponent soon, and I'm actually pretty excited for the fight

Literally everything my friend picks up becomes popular and then gets an anime. I've read a few chapters of this but was planning to wait for it to culminate a bit longer. It definitely has potential.

To Aru Majutsu no Index Endymion no Kiseki

Finally got to see the movie.

What surprised me the most about the movie was how much more of a character drama it was rather than an action movie. There are action set pieces at the start, middle and the end of the movie, but the majority of the story is centered around developing the relationship of Shutaura which is key to the theme of the film. The movie doesn't really spend much time introducing the existing characters, but it is written and directed in a way where you have a good sense of what roles they play in the world and aside from that you don't need to know much more to enjoy the story in the movie. I found the movie exciting, somewhat touching, and mostly a visual feast. The movie clocks at about 90 minutes, and it doesn't feel like it's too short or too long. There's always something interesting going on, especially for existing fans, and it feels like a pretty complete experience.

Disappointment:

-Accelerator, Last Order, and Sisters inclusion added nothing to the plot.
-Arisa ended becoming the weakest part of movie.

Highlights:

-The real star of the movie is Shutaura(given the advertisement/Promotion centered on Arisa).
-Index complaining about the tower existence in series canon.
-All the delicious Action Sakuga.
-Stiyl kicking ass like a boss.
-Kaori Kanzaki VS missiles(in space).

-Kaori Kanzaki.

-Kuroko.

-Misaka X Saten.

-Touma's punch.

-All the violence.
