As far as the TV show goes, apparently its done. However, they are thinking of doing a Space Dandy movie last I read.

One of the best finales ever.

Thought all episodes were just random, but turn out to all be linked and explain plot. Though some of the times when people died and came back doesnt make sense. Unless it happened in an alt dimension/reality.

Pretty much made Dandy Jesus and the Narrator God.

I dont recall seeing it call the "series" finale. So maybe there will be more.
