There's a quest named The Drake Exception, you could loosely relate this to Drake's Deception, the third Uncharted game. There's another reference to the series that's already been mentioned in this thread.

While not a FATE, there's a guildhest called "Hero on the Halfshell" and it's an obvious reference to TMNTs given that during the guildhest, you're dealing with a giant turtle and that the title sounds like the classic TMNT intro song line

Similarly, the achievement for beating Ifrit (Hard) is "Had Me Some Fun," which is a reference to the same film where Mac is quoted "I'm gonna' have me some fun" when hunting down the Predator.
