I just HQed a Twinthread with 0 quality.

I....always thought the base 1% HQ rate at 0 was just there for good measure or something, I don't think I've ever actually seen a 0 quality HQ before.....

I just nq´d an archne velveteen of NQ mats and no quality moves were used.. I was like wtf. Were was this good rng when I was crafting my master Book II tokens Lol

It happens, but if anything, the 1% is optimistic. I've made literally over a thousand Growth Formula Delta and Madman's Whispering Rods from NQ mats, and I've only seen it twice.

Has anyone tried to desynth a "Better Crowned Pie"? They look suspicious, but I haven't found anyone with dCUL to test it.

Its listed as i110, can we even desynth i100 stuff yet...? (haven't checked myself)

Yes and no.

Can desynth the new i100 dungeon gear and ST gear, but I think that's it.

Can't desnyth Ramuh or UAT weapons or any Sold gear.

Thought as much. Also with the lucis tool, changed up the rotation a bit from previous video. 11 stacks + Good Condition = 100% quality 4star craft (with all NQ mats) with jsut a byregots

thinking a excellent at 7-8 stacks could be 100% on a excellent, 8-9 stacks with ingenuity + byregots + innovation on a white probably 100% also or very close O_o

Excellent + 9 stacks = about 85% so it would of 100% if had a byregots/ingenuity O_o

I have an alt on Leviathan i wanna send some gear from gilgamesh... If i craft it an 120 set... of gear.. will that gear become soulbound during the server transfer? (anybody tried this lol)

For 4 star I can drop a PbP and replace it with a CSII. I haven't really tried anything w/ Rapid Synth yet.

For 4 star, I was doing 4x Rapid, 1 CSII, now I can do 2x PbP, 1 Rapid, 2 CSII's. I also found we can do 2 PBP 1 Rapid ING2 SS, using Chilled Popoto soup, but I'm not sure how much I like the CP lose.

So far, since I got my HQ Artisan's Apron with 18 craftsmanship melded, I've been doing:

Piece By Piece -> Rapid Synth x2 -> Careful Synth II x2

Same thing with my GSM, which is the only craft I currently have a Lucis tool on, though I haven't had too many things to "practice" on yet. I managed to HQ a Platinum Ingot today at 81% without food or HQ ores though.

Previously, I was having to do:

Piece By Piece -> Rapid Synth x3

OR

Piece By Piece -> Rapid Synth x2 -> Standard Synth -> Careful Synth II

Still using HQ Bouillabaisse for anything 3* or 4* that needs HQ'ing.

I try to avoid using Rapid Synth as I feel it's a one-trick pony:

- I'm still going to need PbP and CS2 on my bar (because first PbP is too good and I'm not betting a synth completion on Rapid)
- IG2 is useful for both progress and quality

When it comes right down to it, I'll stick with IG2+CS2 over SH2+RS, even if RS could save a turn.
