3 hour emergency maint

Servers are down for a 3 hours maint. Friend still in game got the system message, I was booted before any of my FC mates due to server maintenance.

Nvm, looks like it's safe to. One guy was brave enought to risk 3102 and DCd himself, but he came back and is free.

Had this happen trying to do the 20 MRD quest... if you can get someone to bring an mob over and AoE you, it'll break you free. Though, hopefully, that won't be necessary after the servers come back up.

This happened to me. I got some nearby people that weren't locked to bring a mob by and AOE me, and I got freed from being stuck in the CS.

2 Hour maintenance that doesn't seem to have fixed the issue, loads of complaints still regarding duties being down

Regarding the Instance-Related Issues (Aug. 24)

While we were able to address the previous issue wherein players were unable to access instances, we conducted another investigation and confirmed that the issue was ongoing for a number of players.

We have been able to identify the cause of the issue and have started the recovery operations. Once we have tested the fix, we plan on conducting another emergency maintenance. We will follow up once we have a better idea on the time frame of the maintenance.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

why is JP servers better? less players playing or they have different infrastructure and redundancies? or both ?

So, I just got inexplicably booted (90000) and now my character won't show up visibly in the select screen and logging on gives me the error that world data couldn't be retrieved.

aaaaand NA/EU servers down again

JP obviously Donnie.

But yeah, I was able to start my "Trial by Wind" then it kicked me out, now just goes a to black screen, then pops me out stating "System Error" at the bottom.
