Prasie merging 2 FC statics due to both groups missing a member or 2 and cleared 12 quite comfortably (4 Bennu) for everybodies first win just before reset. Random complaint : no sleep because of hype and then having to get ready for work.

Safat decided to spawn directly on top of a bunker in Coerthas, so being the kindly tank I am, I brought it inside where it's warm.

We just had a house party with Cornu on Hyperion.

In contrary to the complaint thread, I cleared Turn-6, 7, and 8 via Duty Finder over the last few days. I half-jokingly queued up for Turn-9 last night and ended up in a hilarious party of people who were all there to practice, zero expectations and no mads were had.
Despite not even getting to Golem phase, it was incredibly enjoyable, even more so when someone disconnected and we devolved into MPKing each other with meteors until everyone's equipment was too busted to go on.

Turn-5 Duty Finder at 2:00am with a first-timer (healer) > tank accidentally aggros Twintania before anything besides MT/OT was discussed > Liquid Hell EVERYWHERE > no one's splitting into 2 groups or listening to my suggestion to do so > everyone somehow reacts to conflagration/fireballs on-the-fly > Twintania drops Neurolink right when a Conflagration starts so we barely make it into the hole in time while only one person gets their shit Divebombed into the wall > someone focuses down a Hygiea right off the bat for some reason and it takes forever to get all snakes into one spot after Divebombs > caster Lv.1 Limit Break on them does jack squat and we have to melee down each Hygiea individually > barely kill Asceplius in time to get into Neurolinks and just scrape by from DPS eating all the Vulnerability stacks > zero Twister deaths (?!?!) > Dreadknight only killed the first-timer healer who was dicking around in the center > everything else went smooth and we won. WHAA?

Last time i played my alt I was at turn 4 ilv84 patch 2.1, in 2 days

- cleared t5-6-7
- did all the missions patch 2.2-2.3-2.4
- moogle and leviathan ex
- all hidibrand quest
- all the dungeons after copperbell hm to qarn hm which unlocked high level and expert roulette
- Raised my ilv from 84 to 107

I just want to thank my Garuda HM party for being awesome. Most fun I've had in DF since I started playing.

The fight was an epic 10:22 in duration. We had two DPS with 3300 HP but everyone else looked decently geared. I look at my hotbars and it's all alien - turns out I entered on SMN by accident. Now I've not played that since I leveled it to 50 after launch and my weapon is i95 with everything else i110-130 from BLM. No clue how to play it any more other than toss those DoTs out with the occasional Fester. Panic sets in but I figure my gear will carry me through.

First sign of trouble is Aerial Blast, there's about 3 rocks left. People weren't killing the plumes because these days you normally don't but we have a DPS issue. I look at my parser and I'm fourth, oh shit. Aerial Blast kills 5/8 of the party and we recover. Then we get to the first set of adds and the DPS isn't high enough for them either. Tank LB to save the day and the party is down to 3 again.

By now I've figured out SMN can raise and that's why the healers are raising me first, but where is that skill to get MP back? I can't find it and I need MP to raise. So I'm sat there with 100 MP until the BRD saves my day with ballad. Fuck man it took me until Garuda was at 50% to realise I need to summon a pet and then I couldn't find Garuda because the icon looks like a blue carbuncle. This job is hard work.

There were no more near wipes but lots of death and that Swiftcast Raise combo was worth more than my shitty DPS. People were so used to killing it in under 3 minutes that they'd forgotten where to position during the rotation and were getting hit by all sorts. I couldn't stop loling most of the fight, the party comments were just making it better. I wish I'd recorded that shit.

I get tells laughing at my PF requirements to join SCoB farm. Well.. this is why I am selective with who I let in the party. An extra 15min to build goes a long way.
