So when I registered my ps3 head start it crewed a 2nd service on my square enix I'd
.so now I have id 1 with my character and ce bonus

Then I have id 2 which has ps3 and the preorder bonus

Anyone had that problem? And anyway to fix this without doing the stupid customer support?

Well this is retarded. Old Account service showed my 1.0 CE registered back in September of 2010. And Mogstation isn't showing it. Come on SE.

Everything from my 1.0 CE shows up under one account. Says I have 15 days.. I have all the pre-order stuff + the armguards/CE stuff/pre-order stuff. Just only option is if I wanted to add a payment option, I can't right now due to error 601, so.. but oh well. Still have two weeks free so I'll take it.

So what's the point in using this site, compared to the SE Account Management site that we had to register XI and XIV through? Do you use this for 14 now and forget about the old SE Account site? Do you use them both? Sorta confused on that...

Also my 1.0 guy isn't showing up when I went to the Mog Station, it just lists my current guy that I remade for Beta 4.

Yeah doesn't show my legacy char either, which is okay because I wasn't playing it, but still. Seems like an oversight by them. Hopefully they get things managed.

I think we're having the same issues, it only shows the 1.0 CE items(1.0 CE legacy account), and last night at some point it showed my NA character in addition to the junk jp one I made. This morning its back to only showing the JP character, still no 2.0 CE items. Got two support tickets in, one for characters displayed and one for the ce items.

Set up a payment option under the main account page and not under the mog station. That's what I did and it worked fine, but I also did that last week

Is there somewhere else to enter your registration code though? Can you do that on main account page?

I may be overlooking something, but I'm 1.0 Legacy, I have ARR CE, can I (or should I?) add it to my Square Enix account? I tried entering the code on the one place that fit, on the MogStation page, but had no luck.

Maybe under service registration under the main SE account page. Dunno, though, I have 1.0 CE so I didn't have to register anything
